I’ve Been a Hypocrite 🙁

One of my biggest pet peeves is hypocrisy – especially when I’ve been the hypocrite!

Here’s the deal: I’m human (yes, I know shocker) and haven’t been taking the best care of myself lately. Drinking, not working out as much, and occasionally smoking cigarettes (while consuming said beverages). In a nutshell, I kinda gave up a little bit….short-term gratification was winning over long-term commitment.

For those who know me well, know I enjoy my Jack after a long hard week working my tail off. But also those who know me, know I workout nearly 5-6 times a week…sometimes twice in one day even

So, why do I expose myself? Because, I’m just like you, I have my rough weeks…but ultimately I have to make a choice – stick on the bad plan or change my mindset and goals.

Starting tomorrow, I’m back on a kickass health regime which is both mental and physical. The 2nd half of 2012 is shaping up to be AWESOME and will require everything I have in both mind and body

I have two goals in life:
1. Stay AWAAYYYY from a hospital
2. Die without any regrets

Simple!

All my KICKASS best,

Christopher
